“Ooof where do I begin?! We absolutely loved it here. From the moment we checked in with Michal, to becoming friendly with nearly every employee there. They knew my teenage daughters by name and were so much fun. My youngest daughter loved Joan!! And so did we. The shuttle service to the beach was awesome and the pizzas were delish. “The hotel was incredible. It was like staying in a condo. My room was huge and had a super huge balcony. All the rooms were large and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the utilities and appliances were top-notch. Such a great value. The beach was literally maybe a three-minute walk away if that. There was no restaurant on our property but there was a restaurant right next door that served great food. I would definitely stay here again. “Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. “Beautiful property and very courteous staff. The beachfront side is new with attractive, modern furnishings. I loved the washer/dryer and large kitchen in the one-bedroom suite . The only issue with this property is the food and the wait for the food. The breakfast was not that great, the room service food was aweful (flatbread had chicken that tasted old) and they took very long. Also, the food (appetizers in this case) by the roof top bar took really long and was not good. They need to improve……

“First the good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were there one night, and I would not have wanted to stay longer. The room was fine but certainly run down compared to the Expedia photos - rust on fixtures, water damage on wood and overall just needing some things replaced. The bathroom was decent. There was construction happening off the lobby near the pool and some other repairs happening elsewhere. The location is NOT on the beach so read the description carefully. It is a short……

“The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice.”

“The ladies at the front desk were always pleasant,and helpful. Always eager to make our stay comfortable. The walk to the beach takes only about 3 minutes, and they provided umbrellas and lounge chairs which is a plus. Our room was cleaned daily, and beds were comfortable.”

We aren’t resort people normally, The food was average and the price to eat was budget busting. Budget $300-400 per day if you’re a family of 4 to eat out, but grocery store trip helped to alleviate the cost of eating. Small bottle of water- $10.
